Another wonderful leaf mimic from Central America this is the Pearly Leafwing. I hope you can see its eye in this shot because I'm a big fan of it as it is an interesting color. Much like the Silver-studded Leafwing this guy likes to hang upside down on leafs to effect a better camouflage. Its closest native relative (at least in the southern part of the US) is the Goatweed Leafwing.
